The great Steve Tilley joins me for a revealing exploration of his own personal self-care habits in the “How To Feel Great” series. Steve, as many of you know, is a superb writer and editor who is a trusted, veteran voice of reason for the Toronto Sun. Steve also served as 50 percent of “Team Toronto” (*with Raju Mudhar) on Electric Playground and Reviews on the Run for a number of years.

Heavily Pix reached Steve in his apartment on an idle Saturday afternoon after an intense session of high-speed laundry-folding.

BIZARRE-O FACT: Steve lives underneath a convent of nuns for some unknown reason. (He really does.)

If you have a question for a future episode of HTFG, record it on your phone, then email it to heavilypix@gmail.com.

  1. Great talk with two of my favorite people – Scott C. Jones & Steve Tilley! I especially loved all the insight into your friendship that takes place offscreen and how you guys are coping with the nationwide shutdown. But beyond that, two very important things mentioned in this podcast really pricked up my ears – #1. Steve’s Intellivision. #2. Scott apologizing to Steve for mean-spirited jabs he took at Steve in the past.
So do you see where I’m going with this? Two words – TOMMY TALLARICO.
Longtime fans of Scott and EPN have been speculating for years on the subject of Scott’s hostility and aggressive condescension towards Tommy. It was both confusing and heartbreaking to watch and many of us have wondered if it was genuinely mean-spirited or just friendly ribbing.
Time for Scott to clear the air. The public NEEDS to know. Interview TOMMY! Talk to him about his Intellivision Amico, and clear the air with him. Now that would be the interview of the century!!

    1. I like Tommy! It’s all jokes. But it’s hard to find the “real Tommy” — especially in public. He naturally lapses into his persona. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever talked to the real Tommy! Have you? -Scott

  2. Good god, I think you and Steve are my brothers from another mother! We are the same age (I’m a little older than you Scott, if I remember correctly) and when Steve mentioned Rimworld I had a good laugh, as I sunk a fair amount of time into it as well.

    Keep up the great work!
